David Frizell, who has worked with TwentyFourCore’s Rafa Alcantara on Avenged Sevenfold’s “A Little Piece Of Heaven” background artwork, “Live In The LBC & Diamonds In The Rough,” pieces of “Nightmare” and “The Book Of Nightmares,” will be hosting his first art show showcasing select pieces of art from what’s listed above.

One of the most progressive professional art show to come to Springfield, Missouri will be featured at this December’s First Friday Art Walk at Smart Group and Gallery , 405 W. Walnut. Frizell debuts locally with over 60 imaginative pieces.
DA Frizell’s art can be found seen on paraphernalia from renowned Warner Brother signed bands such as Avenged Sevenfold, Disturbed and Sevendust.
Other provocative pieces include digital science fiction imagery, popular rock cd covers and lithographs, traditional pen and ink, and 3-D sculptures including the A7X Deathbat and
children’s horror character, the patchwork monkey.
Frizell’s show, Monsters, Music and Mayhem is a provocative collection of imagery that pushes the limits of conventional decency with
illustrations such as “Echo at the Gates of Hell,” “Incubus,” and “Breathe.” This show will be Frizell’s first since relocating to Springfield from Phoenix.
He is internationally known for his work for Avenged Sevenfold, Sevendust, Disturbed and Michael Graves. His art can be seen across multiple platforms digitally.
