New Straits Times recently spoke with Zacky Vengeance about Avenged Sevenfold’s upcoming tour and playing in Malaysia.
Baker confesses that the band has been on a break for a few months and that its members are well rested.
“It’s been a wild and crazy 12 years of being Avenged Sevenfold and we’re ready to let loose onstage again, bringing the intensity and energy,” says the left-handed guitarist, whose personal favourites to play live include Nightmare, A Little Piece Of Heaven and the epic 12-minute Save Me.
He adds that the upcoming concert will have a good mix of songs from all of A7X’s albums.
“We’re extremely excited to play in this region, to experience new places, different cultures, the sights and the food of course,” says Baker.
“This is what we live for, to travel the world and play for our passionate fans, especially those who will be seeing us live for the first time,” he says.
“Expect something magical.”
