Chromatik Sessions With Synyster Gates. - Avenged Sevenfold

Chromatik Sessions With Synyster Gates.

Synyster Gates was on an episode of Chromatik Sessions to talk about practice, his musicial obsessions both past and present, inspiration, what it took to become a guitar great and much much more.

Synyster Gates is the lead guitarist and founding member of the legendary heavy metal band Avenged Sevenfold, and he was recently named one of Guitar World Magazine’s top 100 guitarists of all time. While Synyster is known the world over as the man behind Avenged Sevenfold’s ripping solos, he’s also a fanatical student of his craft, known to pour over gypsy jazz records and cite Romantic-era classical music as a source for the newest Avenged Sevenfold album.
